We do accept returns, but you will need to pay the return postage. If we make an error, we will, of course, cover the replacement shipping. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at sales@LilBullies.com and send it back to the return address on your package with a note stating your requests… easy!
Yes, we ship worldwide – join the Club!
We do our best to ship out all orders within two to five business days, sometimes orders will go out the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent along with a tracking number too.
Please note, we are out of the office Sunday through Tuesday most of the time. Everyone needs a lil' time off, ya know?
Shipping time depends on location. We have the rough timelines listed below, but please note that once your shipment leaves our paws, it is up to the U.S.P.S. to fulfill your order in a timely manner. It can sometimes take a little longer than either of us like.

You can find the tracking information in your shipping notification email once the order has been processed.
Tracking packages can be tricky occasionally. If you receive a shipping notification email on a Friday or Saturday in the late afternoon – it might not show movement until the Postal Service picks up our mail on the next scheduled day of service. (Our office days are Wednesday to Saturday)
Sometimes the U.S.P.S. will miss a scan, or leave a note if you are not home. If, for some reason, it doesn't arrive in a timely fashion, please contact your local Postal Office or email us directly at sales@LilBullies.com
